**DUE TO COVD-19, POPS WILL NOT GATHER UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE**
For over twenty years, Broadway United Methodist Church has encouraged people 18 years or older who have an association with Four Rivers Mental Health, West Kentucky Easter Seals or Creative Enterprise to participate in a once a month fellowship called POPS.
POPS are People with Overwhelming PossibilitieS who get together on the second Tuesday of every month from September to May from 6 to 7:30pm. Our fellowship includes a meal and an activity and both are free of charge. All activities start and end at the church.
Anyone with a signed permission and health form can participate in POPS.
Volunteers are needed to help with serving food and to keep planned activities running smoothly by just being there! Our calendar includes events such as game night where we play BINGO and other fun games to win prizes and movie night, when we watch a movie together. We also have special guests and local entertainers such as balloon artists, ventrilloquists, and magicians. Sometimes we leave the church for an hour or so to see Christmas lights around town or make a trip to the Railroad Museum or Airport. For Valentine's Day we always have a special evening of dancing.
