Welcome

We joined Broadway United Methodist in 2005 because of the welcoming nature of the congregation. Since joining, Amy has become baptized, we were married in the church, and welcomed our daughter, Christian Ellen into our family in February of 2008. We have had such a positive experience with Broadway and feel fortunate to be active members in the church.

(event) [R]KEYS II Afterschool Program Start: 3:30 pm KEYS II meets Monday - Thursday with church volunteers to provide a snack meal and help with homework for children. For more information call the church office 443-2401 (event) [R]GODzOWN For Children K-6th Grade Start: 4:00 pm End: 5:45 pm Our Wednesday afternoon children's ministry will have a new format, with four "terms" during the 2008-2009 school year. Term1: We Are The Church will begin Wednesday, September 17 and run from 4-5:45 p.m. for five weeks, ending on October 22. We will have a time for recreation and games , Bible study, choir and enrichment time, involving drama, art and a variety of activities as we learn how we can welcome others, worship, develop our faith and give of ourselves to our church and in mission to our community. (event) [R]Wednesday Nights At Broadway Start: 5:15 pm End: 6:00 pm Wednesday night meals begin at 5:15 p.m. with JoAnne Christiansen preparing the meals again this year. The program begins at 6 p.m. with a study of "The History of Methodism" presented by Dick Roberts and a study on "The Purpose Driven Life" led by Janean Tinsley.
